paradigms that you accept, which condition your thinking, determine whether
you are an element of the problem that threatens the existence of humanity
today, or whether you commit yourself to be a part of the solution. A middle
ground position, a passive stance, is not possible. You are either a part of
the problem, or a part of the solution.
present world-scene can be likened to a village located behind a great dam.
The dam is breaking. Fissures are visible everywhere you look. Fountains of
water are gushing through many of the wider cracks. You say, "the dam is
not my concern, I have a farm to run, a wife to marry, a business to operate,
a family to feed, a church to support, I am a practical man with practical
concerns. The dam has been leaking since it was built. Don't speak to me about
such esoteric stuff as the dam braking that has never happened before."
And so, you become a part of the problem by not being a part of the solution,
to either repair the dam or drain the built-up waters behind it.
1914 one of the fissures broke open. The flood swept 50 million people to
their death in what became known as World War One. In the 1930s another
fissure broke open, and the flood became World War Two, that probably killed
100 million all told. In each case society became a part of the problem by not
being a part of the solution. In today's world the dam is in worse shape than
ever, a flood of 500,000 Hiroshimas is set up to happen, grand-theft is now
legal, the depopulation ideology is hailed, and the Ice Age Challenge that is
bigger than all three combined is deemed not to exist. And still the old song continues
to be sung, "the dam is not my concern, I have money to make, debt to
repay, games to attend, and so on." The Great Wurlitzer still
grinds out the same old song, though slightly modified and adapted to the
desensitized. It tells you not to worry, and to accept that the cracks in the
dam are not significant, and that the world will grind on at it always has,
that the Ice Age is still thousands of years distant and that the dynamics
that bring the scene into the present are not real.
The videos of dialogs and stories presented here are designed to open up new
paradigms, paradigms of humanity, paradigms for a new renaissance, in order that society's brooding sense of impotence and smallness
can be left behind on the road of its inner progress. We need a spiritual sense of freedom and power developed
that causes us to lay the games aside for meeting and mastering the Ice Age Challenge. The time for this
to happen is now. A new platform for agriculture needs to be built in
preparation for the next Ice Age, beginning in 30 years. We must achieve the commitment,
the freedom, and the power to do this within the short
time we have remaining. We must create a secure food supply infrastructure
that remains operational and efficient in the coming new environment under
a radically dimmer and colder Sun.
