Book 7 (Volume 5a) of the series of novels The Lodging for the Rose

The novel is science-action fiction, situated largely in India. It deals with a paradigm-shift that begins when discoveries of science pull us up to a higher level of thinking about our world and ourselves, and then pull our social marriages and relationships up behind it, to that level.

Surprising things happen, when, suddenly barriers that have stood for ages become transparent and breakable, and shatter. Here a story begins unfolds that is not rooted to some degree in India’s long spiritual history, but unfolds on a higher level is rooted in a 19th Century American discovery of spiritual science. It uplifts even India’s ancient truths to a greater profundity, with some daring commitments being made along the way.

‘Breaking’ the glass barriers is more a scientific process of seeing through the barriers, by which the barriers become dissolved. They exist in many domains; including the in social, civil, moral, romantic, sexual, and erotic domains. One even finds that the scientific process of breaking the barriers tends to elevate the political and cultural domains towards opening a portal to a New World, faintly as it may be.
